Clarity all the way down
Clear qi means the chart's line of action is unambiguous: what supports the day master and what it produces are not fighting each other. A chart that is clean to the end carries its own vitality, and the text promises real standing rather than luck that comes and goes. It also allows for rescue: if turbidity can be clarified — one element separated out and put to work — even a cold, unpromising chart can come back to life.
