Information We Collect: (1) Astrological & Geographic Data: Date of birth, birth hour/minute, and birth city coordinates (latitude and longitude). This data is strictly required by our astronomical engine to compute True Solar Time (真太阳时) and solar term transitions. (2) Account & Contact Data: Email address for delivering PDF reports, authentication, and report claiming. (3) Transaction Metadata: Stripe order IDs and tier status (we never receive or store your credit card numbers).

How We Use Your Information: Your information is used solely to calculate accurate Four Pillars charts, orchestrate structured AI interpretations via our secure LLM layer (DeepSeek), deliver PDF reports to your email, and provide customer support. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information or birth data to data brokers or advertising third parties.

Data Storage & Security: All chart records and reports are stored securely within encrypted Cloudflare D1 databases and R2 object storage with TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit. We maintain strict access controls and regular security auditing.

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA): You have the absolute right to access, export, correct, or request the permanent deletion of your account and chart records at any time. To exercise your privacy rights or request data erasure, simply email privacy@mingsage.com.

Cookies & Analytics: We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your login state. We use privacy-conscious, anonymized analytics (Google Analytics with IP masking) to evaluate aggregate site traffic without tracking individual identities.
