Mingsage (mingsage.com) provides BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) astrological readings, True Solar Time astronomical calculations, and Eight Mansions Feng Shui guidance strictly for educational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Interpretive Nature & No Professional Advice: All readings, personality analyses, and life cycle forecasts are interpretive tools designed for self-reflection and philosophical insight. They do not constitute, and must never be relied upon as a substitute for, licensed professional medical, mental health, legal, investment, or financial advice. Any life decisions or financial actions you take remain solely your own responsibility.

User Accounts & Digital Delivery: Customers may generate charts as guests and register an account to claim and archive historical reports. Upon successful payment via Stripe, your comprehensive reading is computed in real-time by our deterministic algorithm and AI interpretive engine, delivered instantly online and archived via PDF email. Due to the immediate computation of custom digital goods, delivery is deemed complete upon initial generation.

Pricing, Payments & Billing: All prices are displayed in USD (or local equivalent at checkout). We process all transactions securely through Stripe. Mingsage does not store or have access to your raw payment card credentials.

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use: All proprietary algorithms, the Dunhuang Star Chart visual design system, report structures, and codebase are the exclusive intellectual property of Mingsage. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and retain your personal reading for non-commercial use only. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and unauthorized resale are strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mingsage and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
