A ruler is not to be resisted
When a chart is dominated by the officer star, that power cannot be pushed back against; the work goes in the other direction — take from what is above and give to what is below. In chart terms, drain the over-mighty authority into something that feeds the day master, so that the ruler's strength becomes the subject's support rather than its burden. The chapter is a lesson in converting an opponent into a benefactor.
