Technical Failure & Non-Delivery Guarantee: If your report fails to generate, crashes during processing, or fails to deliver due to an infrastructure or technical error on our side, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Custom Digital Goods Exemption: Because each BaZi reading is an instantaneous, customized digital product computed and authored specifically for your unique birth coordinates and chart, successfully generated and delivered reports are non-refundable once accessed.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund for a failed or defective report, please email support@mingsage.com with the email address used at checkout and your Stripe receipt number. Our support team will review and process eligible refunds within 2 business days.
